Home Programs Presenters News Top Ten Podcasts	Roshan Pusarlai considers himself lucky to be working with Rana FM.  He loves working for the progress of Afghans believing in a philosophy of a “slow and steady wins the race”. I base my work on this philosophy hoping to bring rays of light one by one into the lives of the people of Kandahar. Shows: Roshan dedicates his shows to “Edutainment”; that is educational and entertainment related shows. Educational: Every show features a variety of topics for the education of his audience, with segments about science, technology, history, countries of the world, and health issues. Entertainment: Entertainment is the core of Roshan's daily show. With a mixture of weird and wacky news, Bollywood celebrity news, poems, and of course, as he plays a lot of sports himself, all kinds of sports offering  up something new every day. Poetry: A writer of poetry in three different languages  (e.g. Pashto, English, and Urdu), Roshan hosts a show with an appreciation of poets and poetry, be it international, Afghan, or local.  His show called “The World of Love” (Da Meni Naraie) plays every week on Friday at 8:00 pm. Music: A lover of music; Roshan calls music the expression of emotion through musical instruments. Roshan’s favorite type of music is Rock, but he likes Lundies, Tapas, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, Attan, and, of course, Metal.
